Lunch with George H. Ross

I had lunch the other day with Trump’s right hand man and attorney George H. Ross.  What an amazingly intelligent and experienced man, 80 years young, and sharp as a whip!  His advice for today’s real estate market?  Buy up as much as you can at today’s cheap prices and hold on!  He credits his (and Trump’s) success to be willing to take a risk when everyone says it isn’t possible, as in the case of the Hyatt hotel deal that Trump put together.  Even though the papers are reporting negative, you have to be willing to go against the tide and buy when everyone else is running away from real estate.
